Ordering and payment confirmation

Add products to your basket and enter your contact and delivery details on one checkout page. Check product names, quantities, the delivery address and the final AUD total, and accept these terms before selecting Pay now. Payment details are entered on Airwallex’s hosted payment page; our delivery form does not collect your card number.

Available quantities and our current delivery availability are checked before payment. Some destinations require confirmation from our team before an order can proceed. An item in your basket is not reserved. A saved order reference or an open payment page is not proof of payment. Your order payment status changes only after confirmation from the payment provider.

Please provide accurate details and use only a payment method that you are authorised to use. We may decline an order where supply or payment would be unlawful, a destination cannot be served, stock is unavailable or payment cannot be verified. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you promptly and provide the appropriate remedy, including a refund where due.

Prices, currency and additional charges

All product prices and checkout totals are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes. Delivery is free on every accepted order, with no minimum spend. The full amount we charge is displayed before payment; we do not add an undisclosed delivery charge.

Your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and charge currency-conversion or international-transaction fees, including where your account currency differs from AUD. These charges are set by your provider and are separate from our order total. Check with your provider before paying.

Destination import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges may be payable separately by the recipient and are not included unless expressly shown in your order total. Our Shipping & delivery policy explains international orders.

We will not substitute a product or increase an agreed charge without your consent. If a price or description needs correcting or an item is unavailable, we will explain the issue and your options before proceeding.

Delivery and cancellations

For accepted orders to eligible destinations, dispatch is within 1 calendar day of successful payment. Delivery is within 7 calendar days of payment across Australia or 14 calendar days internationally, including dispatch time. We accept only destinations and transactions that can be served lawfully and in accordance with applicable carrier and payment-provider restrictions.

For a change or cancellation, contact us immediately with your order reference. We will confirm whether it can be actioned before dispatch. After dispatch, food products cannot be returned for change of mind, while consumer-guarantee and other statutory rights remain protected. Product information and safe use

Read the full product name, pack size, age range, ingredients, allergens, warnings and directions before ordering. Contact us before purchase if information you need is unclear or missing. Do not choose a product on stage number, packaging colour or price alone.

Packaging may change. Contact us if a listing and the delivered container differ; a packaging-change notice does not excuse a materially different or misdescribed product. Follow the current container’s preparation and storage instructions, use-by or best-before date and safety warnings.

Our guides provide general information. Advice for your baby’s individual feeding needs should come from a qualified healthcare professional; specialist products must be used as directed on their labels and by your healthcare professional.

Order records and customer support

Your order page shows the saved items, prices, AUD total and verified payment status. You can save or print your order record and download a receipt once payment is confirmed. Contact us if you need another copy or cannot access the order from your browser.

Keep your order reference for queries, delivery updates and returns. Payment and refund status reflects information received from the payment provider; a refund marked as submitted or accepted is not a guarantee that your bank has already credited your account.

We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 10 business days. If more time is needed, we will explain the reason and give an update and expected response date. Business days exclude weekends and Queensland public holidays.

Consumer rights and using this website

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Our Returns & refunds policy explains remedies and does not require you to give up statutory rights to receive assistance.

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, submit unauthorised transactions or attempt to access another customer’s information. Do not send full card details by email or telephone.

You may contact your payment provider or an applicable complaints body about an unresolved concern. Contacting us first can help us investigate, but our complaints procedure does not limit those rights.

Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia, subject to mandatory rights that apply to you. Changes apply to future orders and do not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an accepted purchase. We record the terms version accepted with each order.
